Term and Conditions of sale

Standard terms are cash with order, COD or Net30-day terms with approval of credit application only.
All major Credit cards accepted.
All invoice are due and payable 30 days from date of invoice. After 45 days no future shipment will be made
until the invoice with accumulated interest charges is paid in full. A continues history of past due invoices  will result in shipment on a COD basis only.
All NSF and return checks will be charged a $25.00 handling fee.
Past due accounts are subject to a 9% per month service charge
All orders FOB Hicksville NY
Title to goods shipped passes to buyer upon delivery of goods to carrier.
Carrier prior to accepting delivery must note all packages that arrive damaged.
All returns must have authorization from D.R.Outdoors and be shipped freight prepaid. Freight collect
Returns will not be accepted. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking charge. Returns will not be
Accepted after 30 days from date of shipping.
Any shortage must be reported to D.R.Outdoors within 10 days for reimbursement.
